June extended CE Canvas from planning into a more complete engagement lifecycle: distinct workflows for engagement and communications, public project pages, stronger delivery planning, and a formal way to close the loop.
New features
Communications projects, Canvas, and Plan
Projects whose purpose is to inform now have a dedicated workflow. The Communications Canvas asks about audiences, message architecture, channels, timing, transparency, enquiries, and evidence of understanding. EVA can help draft each section, and the completed Canvas flows into a formal Communications Plan.
This avoids asking communications teams engagement-specific questions when a decision is not open to community influence. Learn how project classification works.
Public project pages
Practitioners can create a public-facing project page separate from the internal workspace. Pages can include organisation branding, project information, updates, documents, timelines, rich text, and a project image. Preview links make it possible to review a page before publishing it.
Close & Learn
The project journey now ends with a dedicated Close & Learn stage. Practitioners can prepare the community update, record how it was shared, evaluate planned measures, and capture concrete lessons for future work. Learn about Close & Learn.
Unified phases, milestones, and timeline
Phases and milestones now form one chronological project timeline. Practitioners can use date ranges, approximate dates, dateless milestones, inline editing, and the Gantt view without maintaining separate versions of the schedule. Learn about the task Timeline.
Organisation capabilities
Accessible organisation branding
Organisation logos and colours can now flow through to public pages and exported documents. CE Canvas checks colour contrast so customer-facing materials remain legible. Manage organisation settings.
Microsoft Entra single sign-on
