What’s New — August 2026
August makes project setup more intentional, gives organisation leaders a clearer view of delivery, and strengthens the connection between planning, participation, and reporting.
Project setup and workflow
Choose Engagement or Communications when creating a project
The create-project flow now asks for the Project approach:
- Engagement project when stakeholders can influence a substantive decision.
- Communications project when the work is to inform and update.
- Help me assess for a short guided assessment and recommendation.
- Skip for now when the decision needs to be made later in Project Context.
The selected approach changes the language and workflow that follows, including the Canvas and Delivery journey. Learn how to create a project.
Stronger continuity from planning to reporting
Activities now carry their intended stakeholder groups into Delivery and Results more consistently; attendance and coverage use the same underlying records; and reporting previews and exports draw from the same saved content. The result is less manual reconciliation between the plan, what was delivered, who participated, and what appears in the report.
EVA
Voice input in EVA chat (beta)
The EVA chat box now has a microphone button for dictating a message instead of typing it. Words appear in the box as you speak and stay editable — nothing is sent until you send it. Speech is recognised by your browser, so the button appears only where the browser supports it. Beta, enabled per organisation — see Beta Features for availability. Learn about voice input.
Organisation coordination
Team Overview
Organisation owners and admins in organisations with three or more members now have a coordination dashboard showing open, overdue, and unassigned tasks; milestones at risk; project lifecycle state; upcoming activities; and team workload. Each actionable summary links back to the relevant work. Learn about Team Overview.
Organisation region and language defaults
Organisation setup now records region, timezone, and default locale more explicitly. Dates and generated drafts can follow the organisation’s working context while individual users retain their own preferences where applicable. Manage organisation settings.
