Use this checklist to make sure your organization is ready before you create projects.

Add users

  • Open Organization SettingsUsers.
  • Invite teammates and assign roles.
  • Remove access when staff rotate off a project.

Manage organization settings

  • Review organization name and branding.
  • Confirm default roles and permissions.
  • Set any global preferences used across projects.

Update your profile

  • Open Profile and set your name and role.
  • Update notification preferences.

Add context resources

  • Upload key strategies, frameworks, and reference docs.
  • Keep resources up to date so project teams start aligned.
